Send Cemetery first opened in 1952 and is managed by Send Parish Council. Over a thousand people, both residents and non-residents of Send have been laid to rest in this peaceful and well-maintained lawn cemetery. In 2015 an extension to the cemetery was built and new services include natural burials and a remembrance garden.
