a) Staff – to approve appointment of Staff to cover the interim following the retirement of the current Clerk

• Quarterly budget report (3rd quarter 2021-22), Revised Budget 2021-22, Budget 2022-23 and
Precept requirement 2022-23
• Interim audit 2021-22 – response to the report
• Annual risk assessment review
• Council services fees 2022-23 (allotments and cemetery)
• Direct debits 2022-23
c) Monthly expenditure lists for Dec. 2021/Jan. 2022 and bank reconciliation to Dec. 2021
9. Planning and Environment Committee
a) Planning and Environment Committee Minutes – to note the Minutes from the Committee meetings held
in November 2021 – January 2022
b) 21/P/01581 Waterside Farm Cottage – to note the letter of response sent on behalf of the Council
c) GBC Local Plan: Development Management Policies – to note the consultation dates and that a response is being considered by the Planning and Environment Committee
10. Community matters
a) Annual Parish Meeting – to approve a date and plans for the Annual Parish Meeting 2022
b) Mobile Physio – to receive a report on the Mobile Physio service in Send
11. Communications
To consider the following requests and communications:
a) Footpath 52 Send – notice of the extension of closure of the footpath until 25 December 22
b) Other Communications – to receive any other communications received after the agenda has been prepared (for information only or to be discussed a future Council meeting)
