- 2:30pm – meet at the Recreation Ground near the War Memorial (corner with Sandy Lane)
- 2:45pm – short parade to Lancaster Hall
- 3:00pm – remembrance service in Lancaster Hall
- 3:30pm – parade to War Memorial at Church Rooms
- 3:40pm – at War Memorial, wreath laying and last post
4:00pm – refreshments will be served afterwards at Lancaster Hall.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC)
ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that whereas during the hours between 2:45pm and 3:45pm on
Sunday 9th November 2025 the length of road described in the Schedule to this Notice
will be thronged or liable to obstruction on the occasion of the Send Remembrance Day
Procession, therefore Guildford Borough Council has made an Order under Section 21
of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 for the purpose of preventing obstruction in this
length of road and closing the same to vehicular traffic between the hours and on the
day stated above.
Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrian access will be maintained at all times
during the closure.
SCHEDULE
Sandy Lane, Send: Closed from 2:45pm to 2:55pm
Send Road, Send (Part) from the junctions with Sandy Lane and Tannery Lane to
the property known as Lancaster Hall, 28 Send Road, Send GU23 7ET: Closed from
2:45pm to 3:00pm and from 3:30pm to 3:45pm
