4. Terms of Reference and Membership of the Sub-Committee – to note that these were approved when the Sub-committee was appointed by the Amenities and Leisure Service Committee on 28th June 2021
5. Household survey – to approve the final draft of the survey and timetable for circulation
6. To consider the following items and approve action:-
• Pavilion Redevelopment Working Group – the notes from the meeting on 13th April 2021
• Financial report – the details of developers’ contribution to the project and the options for management of the project
• Next steps – to take the project forward to the next stage
7. To receive any other matters relating to the project to consider at a future meeting
8. To agree the next date for the meeting of the Sub-Committee
