Recommendation: to extend the locum Clerk’s contract to the end of April.

9. Amenities and Leisure Services (ALS): Minutes of meeting held 21st February Annex 2
Recommendation: to hold an Extraordinary Council meeting on Monday 7th March, at 7.45pm, to agree on core decisions for the Pavilion.
10. Financial and other Council Matters
a) Monthly expenditure list for Jan/Feb 2022 and bank reconciliation to end Jan 2022 Annex 3
b) Edge (current finance software provider): Recommendation: to agree that Edge finishes the accounts to end of year and produces reports, bank reconciliations to 31st March and Annual Return figures, balance sheets and all other financial details required by the auditor. Annex 4
c) Rialtas (proposed finance software provider): Recommendation: to approve the purchase of Rialtas Business Systems software for the purpose of running the Parish Council accounts from 1st April 2022. Annex 5
d) Edge: Recommendation: to cease the financial package contract with Edge from the 31st March 2022 but to continue with the cemetery data package.

a) Planning and Environment Committee Minutes – to note the Minutes from the Committee meetings held Jan – Feb 2022
12. Community matters
a) Annual Parish Meeting – to approve a date and plans for the Annual Parish Meeting 2022
13. Communications
To consider the following requests and communications:
a) Rotary/Scouts Fair: to consider a request for a Jubilee Fair on the 3rd June, to replace the usual May Fair
b) Queens Platinum Jubilee Beacon: to consider a request from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors to place a beacon on Send village green.
