AN AMEMITIES AND LEISURE SERVICES COMMITTEE MEETING

3. Pavilion Redevelopment – an update on the household survey and to consider future plans to run the project as a sub-committee
4. To consider the following items and approve action:-
• Amenities and Leisure Services Working Group – the notes from the meeting on 29th April
• Christmas lights – plans for the 2021 lights including an extension to the 2020 project
• Playground surface repairs – a report on the condition of the surfaces and quotes for repairs
• Recreation ground toilet – an update on the public toilet repairs and plans for the pavilion toilets
• Trees – plans for planting trees for the Queen’s 70th Jubilee and to approve urgent tree works
• Dog bins – following a request from a resident to discuss locations to apply for new bins
• Dog training – a request from a resident to train dogs on the recreation ground
• Bus shelters at Send Marsh – an update on the plans and to consider an application for grant aid
• Cemetery drainage – an update on the project plans
5. To receive any other matters relating to the Council’s services to consider at a future meeting
6. To note the date of the next Amenities and Leisure Services Committee is Monday 13th September 2021
at 7.15pm.
