4. To consider the following items and approve action:-
a) Cemetery
• Cemetery regulations – a proposal to update the cemetery regulations
• Memorials – to approve the design of 2 memorial applications for the new cemetery area
b) Pavilion Redevelopment Project
• Pavilion Redevelopment Sub-Committee – to receive the minutes and recommendations for the meeting on 29th November 2021
• Project Plan – to approve the Project Plan which was approved by the Sub-committee
• Topographical and ecological surveys – to consider quotes and to recommend a contractor to the Council for approval
• Architects’ competition and surveys – to approve the costs to recommend to the Council for inclusion in the revised budget 2021-22.
c) Recreation ground and open spaces
• Trees – an update on tree works and insurance claim
• East Clandon Stream – an update on the improvement plans from the Environment Agency
d) Other projects and services (updates and further action)
• Christmas lights – a report on the 2021 lights
• Allotment Tenancy agreement update – to approve amendments to the agreement
• Utility Broker – to approve the use of a broker to compare prices for energy suppliers
5. To receive any other matters relating to the Council’s services to consider at a future meeting
