19/P/02149 Land to the rear of Send Barns Lane
Outline application for the erection of 28 dwellings with associated landscaping and parking following demolition of 5 Send Barns Lane; creation of a new access off Send Barns Lane.
To note that an appeal has been received
21/P/00960 Nutwood, Send Marsh Road
Erection of a single storey rear extension
21/T/00139 Moonstone, Boughton Hall Avenue
Oak (O2) – reduce overall size of crown by 2 metres to allow for more natural light and remove deadwood greater than 25mm in diameter (Tree Preservation Order P1/201/481)
5. All other applications received before 17/05/21 will also be considered by the Planning Committee
6. Send Neighbourhood Development Plan – to note that the Send NDP was adopted at the Referendum on 6th May and to consider its use in the future when responding to planning applications and consultations
7. To approve the response to the consultation on parking restrictions in Tannery Lane/Send Road to recommend to the Council.
8. West Clandon Neighbourhood Plan – to receive an invitation to respond in the consultation
