a) Report – to consider a report/business case for the project to upgrade the Council’s street lights to LEDs
b) Public Loan – to approve the next step of the project to seek approval from the Secretary of State for the Department of Communities and Local Government to apply for a loan of £16,778 over the borrowing term of 5 years. To note that it is not intended to increase the Council Tax Precept for the purpose of the loan repayments.
