a) Send Neighbourhood Development Plan (SNDP) – to receive an update on the SNDP
b) 19/P/02223 Land at Garlicks Arch, Send Marsh/Burnt Common, Portsmouth Road, Send (Amended plans received 18.03.2020 for design, layout, parking of phase 1 and location of custom build homes in outline) – to consider the additional papers for the planning application and to approve the response recommended by Send PC Planning Committee
c) Planning for the Future – to approve the response, as recommended by the Planning Committee, to the consultation on the Government White Paper
d) Wisley Airfield Development – to receive an update on the information meeting on 26th October 2020
e) Planning Committee Minutes – to note the Planning Minutes from the Committee meetings held in September and October 2020 and to receive an update on previous planning applications
7. Amenities and Leisure Services
a) a) Working Group – to consider the minutes of the working group meeting on 28th September 2020 and
b) receive an update on the projects
c) b) Tree inspection – to consider quotes and approve a tree inspector for 2020
8. Pavilion Redevelopment – to consider the minutes of the working group meeting on 5th October 2020 and receive an update on the project
9. Financial and other Council Matters
a) Budget Report – to consider the report for 1st April – 30th September 2020
b) Monthly expenditure list for October – to approve
c) Climate Change conference – Cllr J Osborn to report on the conference attended
d) Remembrance Day – to note the plans for Remembrance Day
e) Community Working Group – to confirm a date for a meeting of the working group and matters to discuss including arrangements for the switching on of the new Christmas lights
10. Communications
a) London Road – to receive concerns about waste problems caused by parked vehicles in the road
b) Tree planting – a request from Send Primary School for areas to plant in March 2021
c) Saddlers Arms – to receive a concern of about the closure of this community asset
d) Other Communications – to receive any other communications received after the agenda has been prepared (for information only or to be discussed a future Council meeting)
