6. Financial and other Council Matters
a) Finance and General Purposes Working Group– to consider the minutes and recommendations from the meeting on 7th December 2020 and approve the following:
• Quarterly budget report (3rd quarter 2020-21), Revised Budget 2020-21, Budget 2021-22 and Precept requirement 2021-22
• Council services fees 2021-22 (allotments and cemetery)
• Direct debits 2021-22
• Annual review of risk assessments
• New bus shelter for Burnt Common
b) Monthly expenditure lists for Dec. 2020/Jan. 2021 and bank reconciliation to Dec. 2020
7. Amenities and Leisure Services
a) Working Group – to consider the minutes and recommendations from the meeting on 11th January 2021 and approve action regarding the Council’s contracts, tree inspection, bus shelters and other services
b) Memorial trees – to approve the planting of 2 memorial trees on Send Marsh Green
8. Highways Matters
a) Parking and Highways Working Group– to consider the minutes and recommendations from the meeting on 7th January 2021 and approve action
b) London Road issues – a report from Cllr P Oven on the Joint Action Group meetings on 16th December 2020 and 13th January 2021 and to agree action
c) Other Highways Matters – to receive any other highways issues to report to Surrey County Council
9. Planning
a) Planning applications – to receive a report on the larger planning applications being considered by the Planning Committee and an update on the consultation for the Wisley Airfield Development
b) Planning Committee Minutes – to note the Planning Minutes from the Committee meetings held in November 2020 – January 2021
10. Pavilion Redevelopment – to receive an update on the project including the results of the public survey
11. Annual Parish Meeting – to approve a date and plans for the Annual Parish Meeting 2021
12. Communications
To consider the following requests and communications:
a) Footpath 45 Send – a request by Surrey CC Rights of Way to use the allotment car park as a base for improvements to the footpath
b) Disabled access to Send footpaths – a resident request for improvements to footpaths for disabled access
c) Guildford Community Lottery – to pass on the information about the funding opportunity to local groups
d) Other Communications – to receive any other communications received after the agenda has been prepared (for information only or to be discussed a future Council meeting)
