Members of Send Parish Council are hereby summoned to attend the
monthly meeting of SEND PARISH COUNCIL to be held on
Monday 15th November 2021 at 8.00p.m. in the Upper Room at the Lancaster Hall
for the purpose of transacting the following business
Public Session – Members of the public are invited to express a view or ask any questions of the Council between 8.00pm and 8.15pm and then are welcome to observe the rest of the meeting.

b) Climate Change Parish Liaison Meeting – to consider a report on items discussed and to agree action
7. Amenities and Leisure Services
a) Amenities and Leisure Services Committee – to receive the minutes and recommendations from the Committee meeting on 11th November 2021
b) Cemetery Drainage – to approve the plans for the cemetery drainage works
c) Christmas lights 2021 – to receive an update on the plans
d) Pavilion Redevelopment – to receive an update on the project
8. Financial and other Council Matters
a) Monthly expenditure list for November – to approve
b) Printer – to receive an update on the purchase of a new printer and approve action

a) Infrastructure works –a resident’s concerns about the impact of building and congestion in Send
