a) Wisley Airfield – to receive an update on the current planning applications for the development
b) Guildford Borough Council Planning Committee Peer Challenge Review – to receive a report on the review and agree a response
c) Send Neighbourhood Development Plan (SNDP) – to receive an update on the SNDP
d) Planning Committee Minutes – to note the Planning Minutes from the Committee meetings held in January and February 2021 and to receive an update on previous planning applications
7. Pavilion Redevelopment Working Group– to consider the minutes and recommendations from the meeting on 1st February 2021 and approve action
8. Communications Working Group
a) Communication Working Group– to consider the minutes and recommendations from the meeting on 4th February 2021 and approve action
b) Phone and Broadband – to consider a proposal to write to Surrey CC, Guildford BC and the MP to request action to improve mobile phone signals/broadband coverage in Send and to BT regarding recent poor service
9. Amenities and Leisure Services
a) Working Group – to consider the minutes and recommendations from the meeting on 8th February 2021 and approve action
b) Grounds maintenance – to appoint a contractor for 2021-24
c) Tree surgery – to consider a report on recent tree issues and approve a tree programme for 2021-22
d) Footpaths – to consider a report on footpath access for the disabled and to agree a response
10. Highways Matters
a) Parking and Highways Working Group– to consider the minutes and recommendations from the meeting on 11th February 2021 and approve action
b) London Road – a report on the Joint Action Group meeting regarding the London Road issues
c) Other Highways Matters – to receive any other highways issues to report to Surrey County Council
11. Financial and other Council Matters
a) Monthly expenditure lists for February 2021 – to approve
b) Interim audit 2020-21 – to approve the response to the audit
c) ‘Have your say’ on electoral boundaries– a report on electoral review briefing on 8th February 2021 and to respond in the consultation ( 26 Jan to 5 April)
d) Climate Change – a report on the parish liaison meeting regarding climate change and to agree action
12. Communications
To consider the following requests and communications:
a) Coffee bar on recreation ground – a request to have a mobile coffee bar on the recreation ground
b) Walking in Surrey – a request to have a link to a website for walks in Surrey
