• Cemetery regulations – a proposal to update the cemetery regulations
• Bins – a request to have a recycling/composting bin, and in the new cemetery area a larger bin
• Memorials and bench – to approve memorial applications and a new bench
b) Recreation ground and open spaces
• Playground surfacing – to approve a contractor to carry out repairs
• Trees – an update on tree works and issues
• Benches – to agree a location for a spare metal bench and a log bench
• East Clandon Stream – an update on the improvement plans
c) Christmas lights
• Christmas lights 2021 – an update on the project
